Joyce Bhutta

Owner, President

Meet Joyce Bhutta, the visionary owner of Perfectly Bare Laser, a leading MedSpa in Tampa. With a passion for aesthetics and wellness, Joyce has created an oasis of transformation and rejuvenation. Her dedication to providing the very best in medical aesthetics ensures that every client’s journey is exceptional. Joyce Bhutta is a certified laser technician, electrologist, and esthetician. She trained at The Salon Professional Academy in Tampa and received state board certification in electrolysis and laser hair removal from the Tampa Institute of Electrology.

Robert Applebaum, M.D

Medical Director

Dr. Applebaum specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid and facial surgery for both adults and children. These procedures include upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, brow lifts, and post–skin cancer removal reconstruction, among many others. Dr. Applebaum also specializes in cosmetic injectables, such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, and Kybella. He uses these and other aesthetic techniques to provide comprehensive patient care.

Aarish Hasan, M.D.

Medical Director

Dr. Aarish Hasan aspires to become an orthopedic surgeon and specializes in hip and knee reconstruction. Raised in the vibrant Tampa Bay area of Florida, Dr. Hasan developed a strong interest in medicine at an early age. Following his passion, he attended the University of South Florida (USF), where he completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees, demonstrating his dedication and academic excellence.

Currently, Dr. Hasan is refining his surgical skills and expanding his medical knowledge during his orthopedic residency at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in collaboration with HCA Healthcare in Ocala. His goal is to master the complexities of hip and knee reconstruction, with the aim of improving patients’ quality of life for those suffering from joint conditions.

Maria De Lourdes Coats

APRN, Aesthetic & Wellness

Maria De Lourdes Coats, APRN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of nursing experience. She combines extensive medical expertise with advanced aesthetic training to provide safe, personalized treatments that deliver natural-looking results.

Maria specializes in Botox®, dermal fillers, facial balancing, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling, and wellness therapies. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, she takes the time to understand each individual’s goals and develop customized treatment plans that enhance confidence and overall well-being.

As a bilingual provider, Maria is proud to help patients throughout the Tampa Bay area look and feel their very best through advanced aesthetic and wellness care.

Sheri Golden

PA-C, Aesthetic & Wellness

Perfectly Bare Laser is delighted to welcome Sheri Golden, PA-C, to our team. With more than 21 years of experience as a Physician Assistant—including 18 years in surgery and over a decade in aesthetic medicine—Sheri combines advanced medical knowledge, artistic precision and compassionate care. Her expertise includes cosmetic injectables, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, regenerative medicine and personalized wellness.

After successfully owning and operating a medical aesthetics practice in Northern California, Sheri relocated to Florida to be closer to family. She is known for her honest, thoughtful approach and her dedication to creating natural-looking results that help patients feel refreshed and confident. Sheri is thrilled to join the PBL team and serve the Tampa community.

Brittany is a passionate and dedicated medical esthetician with five years of experience in the field. Her journey into the world of beauty and wellness began with a deep love for promoting health and confidence in others. Combining her interests in skincare, wellness, and aesthetics, she developed a career as a medical esthetician and laser specialist.

Channing Dircks

I’ve been interested in the aesthetics industry since I was young and knew it would be an exciting career. Right after graduating from high school, I decided to begin my training to become a medical esthetician and laser technician. Immediately after passing my State Board exam, I started working at Perfectly Bare Laser at the age of 18, and I have been here for 3 years now. Working with amazing people and advanced technology all these years has been a dream!

Cami Lewis

CCE, CME

Cami has always had a passion for the creative world and a deep love for the beauty industry. She grew up in a small town in Mississippi, where she worked as a graphic designer. She continued her studies in the animation program at Universal Studios. Eventually, she discovered that her true passion was beauty and completed her studies in Tampa at the Beauty and Health Institute.

With over four years of experience in the industry, she has earned numerous certifications and continues to grow, offering more services for her future. She loves making people feel good and happy about themselves!

Allegra Núñez is a highly skilled medical esthetician and laser technician with over 4 years of experience in the medical field. She specializes in advanced treatments such as Morpheus8, BBL therapy, and laser tattoo removal, combining her medical expertise with a passion for skin health and beauty.A proud U.S. Army veteran and Florida native from Crystal River, Allegra is dedicated to helping her clients achieve radiant and safe results. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and client-focused approach make her a key member of the Perfectly Bare Laser team.
