To start your program, we will charge you the first month’s payment.
Membership program starts the day your membership is charged to
your card. Membership renews automatically each month.
Membership commitment is 12 months.
“Bare it” Monthly Membership payment of $150 will be billed on the same day as the first payment each month.
You may cancel the membership at any time with 30 days written notice after the initial 12 months. If you cancel, you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of 3 months.
“Bare it” Monthly Membership allows for 2 transferable treatment options per year.
No, but we encourage you to keep up with your skincare regimen to reach maximum results with your injectables and other procedures in our office. We will allow you to roll over a maximum of 2 services in a 12 month period.
